Wuxi City Superhuman Gear Cold Extrusion Co.Ltd was set up in 1994，which once was a private joint venture company and now is a Sino-Singapore joint venture.It locates in the northern suburb of Wuxi and lies 100㎞ to the west of Shanghai，so the traffic is very convenient.
Now，we have 280 employee totally including 5engineer and 15 technical staff. The total area is 23,000 square meters, and the construction area is up to 13,000 square meters. And our total fixed assets value 20,000,000 yuan.
Wuxi City Superhuman Gear Cold Extrusion Co.Ltd specializes in manufaturing and selling starter drives(overrunning clutch), pinions and other spare parts manufactured by cold extruder. To ensure the good quality and to serve our customers well, we have bought more than 300 first-class machines and test equipments. Such as Cold Extruders, Autocontrol Trunk Type Multiple Carbon Potential Furance, Brove Scleromter, Tri-Dimensional Measuring Machine, Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine, Gear Examination Center, Metallography Microscope, Electric Sping Dynamometer, Unidirectional Durable Testing Machine and so on.
We have been certificated by ISO/TS16949 quality system and provide a more reliable guarantee for product quality. And in October, 2008, we have been developed Overrunning Alternator Pulley.
Therefore, we can produce nearly 700 kinds of drives which belong to 5 series, i.e. Gear-reduction series, Radial-tooth series, Roller type series,Rpring type series. Nowadays, our annual output is up to 2,500,000 units, 70% of which are for export.
